Shannon McDougall

Business Development · Customer Engagement · Organisational Strategy

30+ years of executive leadership across energy, supply chain, and large-scale operational environments. Career roles at Coca-Cola, the Canadian Federal Government, and Cenovus Energy. Executive MBA from the Ivey School of Business.

Her background in operations and executive management means she builds systems that work in practice. She makes Autonomous Motion feel trustworthy to every audience — professional and credible with commercial and municipal clients, warm and direct with residential customers.

John McDougall

Product Expertise · Technical Operations

25+ years in automation, robotics, and advanced electrical systems. Career in automotive manufacturing, food processing, downstream oil and gas, and midstream pipeline automation. Introduced collaborative robotics to Canada in 2012. Contributed to engineering work at the W. M. Keck Observatory in Hawaii.
